Weightlifting:

A) Power Snatch: 70-75/2*4 sets, rest 60 sec

B) Power Clean + Push Jerk: 70-75/2+1*4 sets, rest 60 sec

Strength:

A) FS: 3 sets of 3 @ 80% of best 3RM, rest 90 sec

B) Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlift: 4 sets of 5 @ 90% of max snatch

C) Incline DB Bench Press: 3×10

Start of a week of deloading. All I have to say is…THANK GOODNESS.
