B) Snatch From Blocks @ Bottom Of Knee: 60/3, 70/3, 75/3, 80-85/3*3 sets

C) Snatch Pull From Floor: 90-100/5*5 sets

Strength:

A) Bent Over Row: 4 sets of 8

B) Jerk Balance: 40-50/5*5 sets
