A) Snatch Grip BN Strict Press: 4 sets of 5 @ 40%-50%
B) Snatch to max double off blocks @ bottom of knee
C) Snatch Pull To Hip From 3in deficit: 85/5, 90/4, 95/4, 100/4*3 sets

Strength:
A) BS: 60/3, 65/3, 70/3*6 sets
B) KB Bent Over Row + Hold At Top: 5 sets of 5 with 3 sec pause at the top of each set
C) Med-Ball Weighted V-Ups: 4 sets of 10
