Weightlifting:
A) Power Clean + Push Press + Power Jerk: 60/3+2+2, 65/2+2+2, 70/2+2+1*3 sets
B) Snatch off blocks @ bottom of knee: 60/3, 70/3, 75/2, 80/1, 85-90/1*4 sets
C) Snatch RDL into Shrug: 90/4*4 sets

Strength:
A) FS: 65/4, 70/4, 75/4*3 sets
B) Bench Press: 10,8,6,6
C) Strict Toes To Bar: 3×10
