A) Push Press + Power Jerk: 3+1: Work up to 4 sets AHAP
B) Snatch + Snatch Balance: 50/3+3, 60/2+2, 70/1+2, 75/1+2, 80/1+2*3 sets
C) Power Clean From Blocks @ BK: 60/3, 70/3, 75/2, 80/2*3 sets

Strength:
A) BS: 60/5, 65/5, 70/2*6 sets
B) Bench Press: 4×5
C) Strict Toes To Bar: 3×10
