B) Power Clean + Hang Clean + Hip Clean + Power Jerk: 1+1+2+2 to ME in complex + 3 sets @ 5-10kg less than ME
C) Clean Pull to explode: 100/3*3 sets
D) Deadhang Pullups: 3×10
E) 1 min plank x 3 sets weighted
