Complete In The Following Order

A) Split Jerk: 60/3, 70/3, 80/3, 85-90/2*3 sets, ALL REPS TNG OFF CHEST

B) Power Clean + Hang Clean + Hip Clean + Power Jerk: 1+1+2+2 to ME in complex + 3 sets @ 5-10kg less than ME

C) Clean Pull to explode: 100/3*3 sets

D) Deadhang Pullups: 3×10

E) 1 min plank x 3 sets weighted
