A) Front Squat: 3×8

B) Snatch: 1) Work up to a heavy set of 3, perform 3×3 at that weight; 2) Drop 20% and perform two sets of max effort TNG snatches, rest as needed

C) Press: Work up to a heavy set of 10, perform 2 sets at that weight

D1) Barbell Glute Bridge: 3×10, superset with D2, minimal rest

D2) Russian Swing: 3×12

E) Barbell Ab Rollout: 2×10
