A) Clean: Work up to a heavy set of 3, perform 3 sets at that weight

B) Bench Press: 3×8

C1) Plank: 3×45 seconds, superset with C2 and C3, minimal rest

C2) Back Extension with barbell: 3×10-20

C3) Banded Walks: 3×20, 10 steps each direction, focus on driving knees out

D) Strict Pullup: 3×10

E) Med Ball V-Ups: 3×20
