A) OHS: Work up to one set of 5, heaviest possible

B) Power Snatch: Work up to a heavy set of 3, perform two more sets at that weight

C) Snatch Pull: 3×5, heavy (100%+, perfect the technique; slow down and move with correct sequencing and focus on vertical extension)

D1) Reverse Hyper (use GHD): 3×12

D2) Banded Walks: 3×20 (10 steps each direction; focus one knees out and taking short steps)

E) Weighted Pushups: 3×10
