Note: Deload week is an opportunity to allow our bodies some rest after many weeks of hard training. It is imperative to deload regularly in order to avoid overtraining and to allow for adaptation. IT IS NOT OPTIONAL. Do not go heavier or do more than what is listed, and if you are CrossFitting in addition to Barbell, I would suggest deloading CrossFit as well. Use this as an opportunity to move quickly and with precision.

B) Snatch: 50/5, 60/4, 70/3*2
C) Snatch Grip BTN Push Press: 3×3, light-medium load
