A) Barbell Warmup (snatch grip): Top of the knee to power position, hang snatch pull, muscle snatch, drop snatch, overhead squat, duck walk; 5ish reps with empty barbell of each, all in one set

B) Snatch: 60/6, 70/5, 80/4, 85/3*4

C) Snatch Pull: 90/5, 100/4, 105/3*3

D) FS: 5×3 @85%

E1) Snatch Grip RDL: 3×8 @100% snatch

E2) GHD Situp: 3×20
