B) Snatch Pull + Hang snatch: 60/(1+2)3, 70/(1+2)3, 80/(1+2)3, 85/1+2*4

C) BS: 60/6, 70/5, 80/4, 85/3*5

D1) Snatch Grip BTN Push Press (% of snatch): 90/5*3

D2) Weighted Strict Pullups: 3×10

D3) Weighted Pistols: 3×12 (6 e/l)

NOTE: These percentages are still relatively light and there should be few, if any, misses on a typical day. If you are missing a lot, you are not getting the benefit of the programming and may need to go down or deload to give yourself a break. Please and thank you. 😉
