D1) Push Press + Push Jerk + Jerk: 70 (of jerk)/3*3

D2) Single Leg RDL: 3×12 (6 e/l)

D3) Banded Pull Throughs: 3×20

REMINDER: No barbell class on Saturday. If you come to open gym, work on a weakness OR just have fun. 🙂
