It’s always leg day here at Artis Barbell, but this squat cycle is a doozy…prepare yourselves.

Weightlifting

Weightlifters on RP: This cycle is moderate on all days unless otherwise specified.

A) 7 FS immediately into 13 BS @65% of FS x 4 sets

B) Power Snatch: 65/5, 70/4*3

C) Snatch Lift Off: 75/3, 80/3*3

D) Abs of choice: 3×10

Hypertrophy

NEW CYCLE

A) Bulgarian Split Squats – Front Rack: 7 sets of 3/fail @10RM (each leg=1 rep)

B) Close Grip Bench Press: 3 sets of 5 @60%

C) Low Bar Good Morning: 3 sets of 3/fail @10RM

D) Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 3/fail @10RM

E) BB Facepull: 3 sets of 3/fail @10RM

F) Abs of choice: 3 sets of 3/fail @10RM

Strength

A) BS: 3×5

B) Press: 3×5

C) Pistols: 3×12

D) Ring Rows: 3×10

E) Abs of choice: 3×10
