C) Clean Pull: 75/4, 80/3*4

D1) Abs of choice: 3×10

D2) BB Back Extensions: 3×10

Hypertrophy

A) Close Grip Bench Press: 5 sets of 3/fail @+5%

B) Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 sets of 3/fail @+5% (each leg=1 rep)

C) Barbell Curls: 3 sets of 3/fail @+5%

D) BB Facepulls: 3 sets of 3/fail @+5%

E) Abs of choice: 3 sets of 3/fail @+5%
