E2) Wide Grip Bent Over Row: 3×8

Hypertrophy

A) Close Grip Bench Press: 5 sets of 2/fail @+7.5%

B) Bulgarian Split Squats: 3 sets of 2/fail @+7.5% (each leg=1 rep)

C) Barbell Curls: 4 sets of 2/fail @+7.5%

D) BB Facepulls: 4 sets of 2/fail @+7.5%

E) Abs of choice: 4 sets of 2/fail @+7.5%
