A) Split Squats (rear foot elevated; do all sets on one leg, the all sets on other leg): 2 sets 1/2 Week 1’s reps @10RM-50%

B) Wide Grip Pullup: 2 sets of 1/2 Week 1’s reps @10RM-50%

C) BB Bent Over Row: 2 sets of 1/2 Week 1’s reps @10RM-50%
