E) Hammer Curls: 5×12

F) GH Raise: 5×12

G) Seated Banded Hip Abduction: 5×30

Express

A1) Close Stance Toes Forward Squats: 5×10

A2) Banded Pulldown: 4×12

B1) GH Raise: 5×12

B2) Bent Over EZ Row: 4×10

C1) BB Facepull: 4×12

C2) Seated Banded Hip Abduction: 5×30

C3) Hammer Curls: 5×12

Strength

A) Comp Deadlift: 1×1 @ RPE6, 2×6 @ 75%, 1×6 @70%

B) Comp Deadlift: 1×1 @ RPE6, 2×6 @ 75%, 2×6 @70%

C) Bent Over BB Row: 6 reps EMOM x 10 min (pick a weight that would be challenging for 3×10)

D) Plank: 3 sets x max time, 2-min rest between sets
