B1) Narrow Grip BP: 2×5

B2) Snatch Grip RDL: 2×6

C1) Plank: 2x30sec

C2) DB Hammer Curls: 2×8

Strength

DELOAD

A) BS: 2×2 at 75%

B) BP: 2×2 at 75%

C) GH Raises or Back Extension: 2×8

D) DB Tricep Kickback: 2×8

E) OPTIONAL: Pullups: 2×5
